Hello,

Over the last 2 days I have attempting to use the Integration tabs to connect to various services. While some of the integration options do work (Email, SMS), integrations that call out to a third-party fail to load.

Upon inspecting the console, multiple CORS errors are being logged from the HTTP requests being sent - either failed/blocked/error.

I am requesting guidance on what I may be doing wrong in my form to trigger such an error, but if the issue is server-side, can we please have the issue investigated and services/connections restored.

Copy of error:

> Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at [URL] (Reason: CORS request did not succeed). Status code: (null)

Thank you.

Hi there, there hasn’t been other flags for this issue recently and this would usually be browser dependent. You can try refreshing/clearing your browser cache, or trying on a different browser.

Hi again,

Thanks for the reply. I tried multiple browsers with clear or private/incognito sessions, and still am getting the CORS issue.

Another teammate thinks the root of the issue may be a limitation with the current licensing my organization is using, and the CORS masking this.
