# Feathery form not loading when live

I have previously created a form and all was working fine, but recently we are experiencing an issue when only the first two questions are showing and not the rest of them or the next button.

Can you please help us fix this issue so our form is working correctly again?

It seems that there was an issue with one of the text element you are using.
