# Translate field option but keep stored option value the same

![Alkarim_Lalani](https://canada1.discourse-cdn.com/flex030/uploads/feathery/original/1X/50ce339dedeebbdbcb70a0a5eec3920899d3027e.png) **@Alkarim\_Lalani:** Johan - it looks like when the data is being sent in English, we’re able to set a value to “Yes” which Hubspot recognizes, when it’s being sent in French, looks like Hubspot won’t accept a form field value of “Oui”. Wondering if we can update the field label only when you translate and not the field value being sent to Hubspot

We want it to send the value in english  
The translation should just be a display
