This issue rarely comes up and only on some specific internet providers. Are you able to check if this is the case with using a different internet/mobile data?

I have attempted to access in cognito. I have previously been able to access this form using the same internet connection and browser.

Hi Anna, I’m able to access this link on my end and this really would usually be internet connection dependent. Something may have change on your current provider. Can you try this on a different connection and confirm?

We’d usually advise on getting a sub/custom domain as a workaround but these options are not available in a free plan.

When trying to access over my phone I receive an error code stating that it is of suspicious site.

How would having a sub/custom domain resolve this issue?

Hi Anna, sorry for the late response! Using a sub/custom domain changes your link and that has been the workaround used successfully in all other cases (issue here is most likely the current domain link being blocked by the internet provider). We can access your regular form links on our end so we can say it’s the same case.
