# User got a message saying 'The form isn't currently collecting responses' error during a short period of time

A couple users got the above error message when trying to use our form for a short period of time. Whatever was happening seemed to resolve itself when we were trying to troubleshoot and the form was rendering find again. Any idea what could have caused this?

We have already responded via the ticket submitted by your colleague. The issue you encountered could be caused by various factors, such as the form being turned off, reaching the submission limit, or, in rare cases, a downtime.

If you experience this again, please let us know how frequently it occurs and the duration of the issue so we can investigate further.
