Form results for our New User Onboarding Form (PROD) are missing since 9:30pm MST last night (barring 2 submissions, one at 3:30 and one just now which was me testing)
Additionally our form view and completion events are not firing
Our analytics are showing users signing up, and completing steps after the survey, additionally I just ran through the process and I am seeing the form and am able to complete it.
when mission critical stuff like this goes down it’s really frustrating to not have a live support chat btw
Update: I just went through our sign up process again but this time used my personal email instead of my work email and the entire form was skipped.

Hey @eri just got confirmation this was an issue on our end and we have fixed it. Someone on eng updated our db last night and it reset a flag for the form
