Clicking form buttons causes jump to top of page

I’ve created a form and embedded into a Divi code module in WordPress for our website contact page. Everything seems to work fine and the form shows up where it should on the website, however, when the buttons are clicked to progress through the form, every click resets the page to the top. It doesn’t refresh the page, as the same questions remain where you were at in the form, it just ‘jumps’ back to the top of the page so you have to keep scrolling back down to view the full form to continue.

I’ve tried playing with some WordPress settings but nothing has helped so I think it is some setting in the form itself. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi there - can you also share with us the website where the form is embedded?

My website is co2australia.com.au, though I don’t currently have the form active because of this issue. It is meant to be at the top of the Contact page

There’s no form setting that would result to this. I tried embedding your form in a different test website and at a lower section to reproduce the issue, but did not encounter it (the form moves to the next steps without jumping to top of page).

I suggest you try to check on your page’s event listeners for click actions.

Thanks Eri,
I’ve allowed the form on my website: Contact - CO2 Australia, are you able to please investigate the problem here?

i think the issue here is that there’s an autoscroll setting in your form settings that you can turn off to stop this from happening
