Comma/Point in Numbers (25,000 -> 25.000)

Hi,

when using the number input, the characters are separated by commas (25,000). In Europe we use a point (25.000), commas are for decimals. How can I adjust that?

also having the possibility for the date format DD.MM.YYYY instead of DD/MM/YYYY
