Form most of the times not loading when opening link

I have a published form that was working fine for the last months on my web page. The link was linked to a button and then the user would see the form.

However, it seems that recently the form does not load sometimes when clicking such button, and it appears as a white screen with no content.

I’ll appreciate any help you can provide on what might be the issue.

P.S. This problem seems to happen only on mobile devices.

It’s the form “Cuestionario inicial Epic Trips”. The ID is EKKybN.

I have checked your form and it seems it loads correctly by itself. have you tried clearing your browser cache? If it still persist, can you place a screenshot of the whole page including the url and the console?
