My company has had a support form active for quite some time with no issues. I made zero changes to the form, and all of a sudden it doesn’t work. When I try to open the link, it loads forever and nothing happens. See the screenshot below.
I am 100% sure this link is valid, because I clicked on “View live form” directly from the Feathery app itself.
This is super disappointing, because this form is important for our business, so we cannot have it randomly deactivate like this.
This link is already present on many of our company materials, so I would like to get this resolved instead of having to leave this product behind and use something else…
