When I click on the form in feathery , It pop up with below tab

Hi there, could you share the name of the form if this happens on just a specific form?

Form name - BM-DEV - Product Selection UI.

The issue persists in the BM-DEV - Product Selection UI form, even after duplicating it. While all other forms are functioning correctly.
