My form submissions keep overriding each other

Hello, please each time someone completes a submission on the form it overrides the previous submission. The form ID is bl5Onn. So it only shows 1 live submission so far and I know at least 2-3 have submitted. Also when the link is accessed from an external page it shows the previous submission on the application page (first page of form) which violates privacy.

Hello there. Those are expected outcomes from your current User Tracking settings. You can change them on this part of the Form Settings.
