Optional Text Area isn't sending to webhook

Hey team,

I have a text area that will submit data to a webhook if it is set to required, but it will not send anything (not even the property name) to the webhook if it is set to optional (filled or empty). Validate & Submit Step is checked in either scenario. Any ideas what this might mean?

Hey there, seems to be non issue to most webhook services. There might be restrictions on your own webhook setup?
