Webhook did not fire on submission

Can someone take a look at this form result:

We did not get a webhook on submission here, even though webhooks are enabled. And there are no webhook logs.

Hi Ben, is this just 1 submission that didn’t get a webhook through?

I’m not sure. But it is the one we caught

Would you say you are able to reproduce this in a newer submission? (Have you noticed if this recurred within the last day) It’ll help us investigate further if we can check on a new one.

I have found 3 submissions so far with no fired webhook.

Here are the user IDs:

All in the same form. This occurred at teh following submission timestamps:

Hi Ben,

Are users filling up through the Feathery-hosted form link or is the form embedded in an external website?

Following up here: we are still seeing webhooks not fire. Latest occurrence was for this result: Feathery.

In addition we are receiving webhooks for form submissions that are clearly not completed based on the number of fields. This is visible in the results tab for that same form as well.

Users fill out the form both via a Feathery link and an embedded form, but why would that matter? Isn’t the webhook sent from Feathery’s backend?

Can you try resetting your set up here?

Also, please share the submission that misfired a webhook along with the data fired so we can investigate on that further.
