Results for dropdown are not saved

Hello,

We have a new form.
When I test it, both on test and on production, the selections I make on the dropdown and multi-dropdown fields are not saved.

Please advise!

Thank you for the quick response. A checkbox was missed and I solved it now.
But, I have a different question. On the form “Get a demo” I’m using the dropdown component.
Why is it using the default browser component? (meaning it looks differently between devices)

One of the possible reasons is it depends if the other browser/ device being used is using “Dark Mode” . Can you share the differences you are pertaining so that we can figure it out?

The “Dropdown-multilist” is the same across all platforms and devices, while the “Dropdown” is different per device/browser, regardless of dark mode
