Within Forms > Folder and created Form disappeared

Having some weirdness with Feathery – I’ve created a separate folder called TAG_Sandbox yesterday, that had a form called Merchant Confirmation Form_Test

I can still reach the form via URL {{URL Redacted}}, but today when I logged in, I can no longer find it within the application.

Do you have any thoughts as to what’s happening here?

Good to close this issue out – This was a permissions issue that was sorted out by my administrator. My permissions let me create, and temporarily see additional folders/forms, but hid them after my cache was cleared.
