Our email integration has a few emails we need to remove from it all together. These previously where connected to custom logic rules, which I have since deleted. When I press “Delete Email” the email template does not get deleted. How can I remove templates completely from the email integration so we do not have to worry about them going out to our customers?
After clicking “Remove Email” for the specific setup you need to delete, you also have to scroll to the very bottom of the Email Integration side panel and click on “Save Changes”

@eri - I have done this multiple times over the past two months, and though it appears to be deleted and I see the Green Box at the bottom stating it has been saved, when I exit and go back into the integration, the email is still there. Emails continue to go out as well.
