Issue with Email Integration


I created a form that asks for the user email, and I’m trying to use that integration to send a confirmation after the form is submitted. However, I’m getting the error Recipient Error: there is no field ‘cliente_email’ when using {{cliente_email}} on the recipient emails. How should I configure the form so that I can use the user email then?

I’m attaching screenshots of how I have configured my field, and how I’m calling it on the integration.

Note: The Email integration appears as connected because I’m able to send to the static email I wrote, but I can’t update to include the user email from the form.

Did you publish your form changes? The integrations can only use live fields
