"Form isn't finished" integration not sending to client

Hi there.

I set up a “Form isn’t finished” integration reminder for users who start the form, especially as this form is particularly dense and some users need to go find information before being able to complete it.

The integration is successfully sending emails to an explicitly defined email address (e.g. tech@domain.co), but isn’t sending to the user (e.g. {{user-email}}). I’ve double-checked the dynamic fields, and they are correct. The User Tracking>Remember User settings are set to off. Could that be the issue? If not, what else could it be?
