Embedded form to non-embedded form

I have an embedded form that collects contact details, e.g. name, email, phone. It then redirects to a Feathery-hosted form. However, it doesn’t appear to keep the details between the two. Is there any way to pass these values on without exposing PII?

Yes, we are using linked fields here. But it doesn’t prefill when the form redirects.
