Excel Integration

I am having a few issues with excel integration. When I try to choose a spreadsheet it suggests a few options from my files, but will not search for others. Additionally, it cannot seem to find the column headers within my sheets. Do the sheets need to be saved in a specific way in order to be accessed? Thanks

As you can see only 3 options are given for spreadsheets to choose from. Additionally it says it cannot find column headers even though I have headers in that sheet.
