Field isn't remembering user entries

We have a checkbox that’s not remembering the user’s selection when they return to the page. Every field is remembered upon refresh, except this checkbox. In the form’s Settings, the option to ‘Remember User Entries’ is selected. Can you help?

What’s the id of the checkbox and what form/step is it on?

  • The step is ‘Final’
  • The checkbox ID is ‘cashback-opt-in’

I checked the checkbox, clicked submit, then refreshed the page and the checkbox is still checked
