Hi, our form “Full Application” is supposed to “Remember User” but it seems anytime they click on the form again it starts all over and none of their old partial information is saved. Can you please advise? I’d like to follow up with these people to complete their form but want them to be able to pick up from where they left off.

Hi there, the users need to access the form with their unique link url in order to continue on the same submission. You can refer to our docs here for more information.
Thanks, and how can they access their unique link automatically through the “remember user” feature? (aka instead of us resending the link to them?
If they previously did not use the unique link (just accessed the form with the general link), then they would need to use the same device / browser to continue the form in order to be remembered.
