I created a 2-step form that was previously working perfectly. I tried doing one last test submission before we go live with it and the form is no longer working.
When I click ‘Next’ on Step 1 it does not go to Step 2. If I turn off the ‘Validate & Submit Step’ on the button ‘When Clicked’ settings, it does go to the next step, but then none of the properties and data from Step 1 are retained.
The ‘Remember User’ setting is turned off, and I even tried submitting the form incognito just in case. Still the same result.
Feathery Support replied to my direct inquiry with “This could be a bug issue with the drafts as we could see several attempts with setting up the step connectors. Please try to get the form to a published state first before further tests. Your original and the current set up is correct (Validate & Submit Step must be on when navigating forward).” However, the form is live and published, not in draft mode, so this bug does not seem to be the issue.
