I can’t understand what is wrong.

I have a simple form, Name, Email, Business and then submit.

I have integrated my google form no problem and it’s able to ready all of the columns on my form.

I have tried over 20 times and still nothing is sent to the Google Sheet.

I have tried
Form completion event (sends all form data) rather than data received,
I have disconnected and reconnected Google Sheet and still nothing.

About to walk away from it, can you check my form to see am I doing anything incorrectly

you might eb trying to submitt he same form over and over again with remember user turned on. please test in incognito

Thanks, it has now worked today when I tried it there could be some delay with Google Sheets.

I’m experiencing the same issue with my form.

I already tried submitting on incognito and turning off the remember user feature. I can confirm that the results are being generated since the feathery platform has all the test responses I’ve done so far. However, my google sheets is still empty.

I tried at first to store the results on a second sheet on the same file where I’m storing the results from another form, and also tried creating a new document to store this new results. Both approaches leave my files empty though.

Could you give a little more insight on how long does it take to update the tables?

Looks like you weren’t completing your submissions so the integration wasn’t triggering. I completed one and looks like it triggered successfully

Okay, that makes sense. As you saw on the form, the last step takes you to the final page, where there are no further actions for the user. I understand that Feathery considers the form completed by default when reaching those situations. Am I correct on that?

Also, are there any additional ways to ensure the form is fully submitted?

Hi,

I had to make some changes to my form and again Google doesn’t receive any information, like the integration is broke. I deleted it and reconnected it again but still no information is sent to the Google Doc.

I can see that it runs correctly and the input is registered on the featherly Dashboard.

Is there something wrong with my submit button.

Thanks, hoping to move this to production soon.

Hi Johnny,

We had done a test submission on our end.
And it did populate both the feathery dashboard, as well as the integration logs.

Which means that data is coming through, Can you please try to submit another request in incognito mode.
