Language Settings for Elements: Phone, Date Picker, Progress Bar

Hi,

our Website is German. I have troubles making some default settings in German. Yes, I know there is the International Support area settings, but it’s not sufficient.
I am struggling with months in the date picker “January, February”, “50% completed” in the progress bar, country names for the phone number. How do I set this to German?
