I am trying to integrate my form with Power Automate. I have set up a flow which is triggered ‘whenever any data is received from a submission’ but the trigger isn’t working and the error message I receive is ‘The response is not in a JSON format’. Is there a way I can fix this?
Hi there, can you share which form you have this set up?
Hi, it was for the form called ‘Compliance Assessments’
You should double check you are using the correct API key.
Hi,
Getting the same issue with the same form, even I am using right API key. Is it due to the completability issue?
Thanks
I am using the API key in settings under ‘live credentials’ and then ‘API key’.
Is this correct?
I’ve also set up flows for other forms using this API key and it has worked, it just gives the error message for the Compliance Assessments form
Hi there, any update on this?
Hi Katy, the live API key must be correct since it’s working for other forms. Did you already try setting it up from the ground up for that particular form? At which point is the error message encountered?
Hi, yes I created the Power Automate flow from scratch for that form. The flow is triggered using the ‘whenever any data is received from a submission’ Feathery trigger. But the flow has never been triggered, even though there have been numerous submissions since it has been set up.
Power Automate suggests there is an error with the trigger and when I click this error it says ‘The response is not in a JSON format’.
So the error message is encountered at the flows trigger.
We’ve pushed a fix for this one and able to confirm the error message is gone in our tests, and recorded a successful run using this form in power automate. Kindly check on your end and let us know if there are still any issues.
Yes it works now, thanks very much for your help.
