I created a form with a variety of dropdowns, signatures, checkboxes, and text fields. But when I received my first submission, only one of the 4 steps included any values. Every other field (which were required fields for completion) were completely blank. Do you know how this is possible and how to fix it?

Which form is this issue occurring on? You might want to check if the button that navigates to the next step has the “Validate and submit” toggle enabled.
