UTM Data Source/Medium from feathery form

Our website is capturing UTM data for our ad campaigns and we are able to see that data in MixPanel Via TagManager. However, we are not able to see the UTM Source/medium level data when we try to make a funnel by combining Feathery & website data in Mixpanel. How do we send UTM data to Feathery as well?

Note: MixPanel is connected with our website & feathery via Google Tag manager.

We see huge drop offs when connecting Feathery to MixPanel via Tag Manager. Almost 50% for featherystepsubmit events. Is there a way to solve for this?
