I setup an A/B test and then just get this screen (attached). However its unclear to me where I can view the results, how to push traffic to the test, or anyting like that. Don’t have any visibiility into what’s happening - but maybe I’m missing something. Can someone please help me out? I want 50% of traffic to be direction to one variation of a form and 50% to be directed to another variation, but this popup alone doesnt seem like enough to actually set all of that up? What am i missing?
I believe you need to insert the form into your website using the Test ID. Feathery automatically handles the routing of which form variant is displayed.
We are not seeing A/B tests working at all. We are using the test ID in the same place we put the form ID, and feathery is returning a 404 for the embedded form.
Here is the request URL that is 404ing:
https://api.feathery.io/api/panel/session/v2/?form_key=ozempic-plaid-test&draft=false&override=false&fuser_key=6570243a-21e5-438a-af5c-50138c8c27f6
Hello @ben_masslink @Miles
Embedding using either of the two involved form ids is fine. Feathery will handle the variant routing automatically. Test results are reflected in the Analytics of each form.
So we should not use the test ID at all?
Yes, you can embed as is.
Hi Eri - where are results for A/B tests stored? For context: I have set up an A/B test and am at the point where our embedded form (embedding 1 of the 2 forms to our site) is directing to one variant 50% of the time and the other 50% of the time, however I am finding that when completing a test on Variant B (the form that is not embedded on our site), the results aren’t being stored in Feathery (in either form). Can you help?
Hi @Miles Could you clarify what A/B test is currently running, and which forms are involved in the test?
