Intercom connection and DATA update issue

When the form are sumbitted my data are not updated on Intercom

I set it up to create leads on Interco, but instead to have the leads details appear on intercom, what I have is orange, purple, green. these are the names created.

Hi there - can you share which account and form you have the Intercom setup?
Also the sample Intercom details you are receiving now?

Presently I’m not receiving any details from the Personal Loan form which I have on the account.
