'Internal Error' when accessing previously submitted forms

When we open a previous form submission, we are getting ‘Internal Error. ID: …’. This seems to be happening across all of our forms.

I tried opening submissions from result tab on some of your forms and it seems to be working fine, Any specific dates or form that I should take a look at?

Yes, we noticed it around 9am UK time this morning, but it may have started earlier as we had only just returned from the weekend.

Thanks for reporting the issue earlier around accessing submissions. Upon checking, this was related to a temporary AWS service disruption that occurred around the same time, which affected certain parts of our infrastructure. The outage was quickly mitigated, and systems have since stabilized.
