Some of my forms return the attached browser error message when clicking submit, indicating that there’s unsaved information in the form. When testing (with both live and test links) I verified that all of the required fields are completed. The forms are set to redirect to a new page upon completion.

If your form embed version is fixed, please upgrade tie version
The one I tested wasn’t embedded. I used the test link.
