I’ve made all my forms and ready to put it on my website, but when I try by my side (i click on live form or Submission link) and complete all the forms, i never receive it completed my email, what I need to do to receive completed forms?

Also, is it normal that my ‘‘live form’’ is still always completed like my last time and not refreshing to 0 ? Which link should i put on my website so customer can make their insurance quote, the Submission link or live one?

Hello there, you would need to set up the appropriate Email Integration action to receive emails related to form submissions.
For the other concern, this has to do with User Tracking which you can turn off in the form settings to refresh the form per page refresh.

Thanks for the fast return. So if I understand well (sry english isnt my 1st language), i turned off ‘‘remember user’’ in user tracking, so yeah live is now to 0, but for my website which link i put ? The one that live form give me or the one that ‘‘Share Submisson Link’’ give me?
For the email, what I see is that if I do the integration, it’s to send email to the user that did the form. What I want is that when someone completed my form, i automatically receive it by email. Don’t know if my question is well formuled.

The live form is fine for general purposes (different individual submissions).
Share Submission Link is a bit different due to the following:
The email recipient is only to whoever you set it. You can type in your own fixed email address as the recipient so it directly goes to you only.

thanks, i did put my email adress as the recipient, but I don’t receive the forms my email, i can see in the ‘‘results’’ that its completed

looks like its been put on a waiting list (for security), ill ask my IT department
