The email integration doesn’t seem to be working. It has been put onto the website no problem, but when I test it by filling out the form I can only see the results on feathery. How do I make the results send me an email each time the form is filled out.

I was able to trigger the email successfully. Note that the way you have it set up, a user doesn’t “complete” the form until they click the button on the very last step of your form. You can unselect the Submit and Validate checkbox on the last button so that it completes once the user reaches the last step instead, which will trigger the email.
