Forms only sending to email once

I have set up a number of forms with email integration so that the summary is sent to a specific email. After submitting the first time the email sends ok but on subsequent attempts the email is not sending.

In some cases they are just not sending at all. Please help ASAP.

we don’t support triggering an email multiple times in the same submission except on the business plan

We’ve had that disabled on one of the forms that is having the issue.

shouldn’t be possible, each new submission is tracked independently and email sending on one wouldn’t affect another

I have ‘remember user’ disabled, I submit a form, and no email is sent.
