We’re using the ‘Rodwell Group Activities Recording’ form on a Samsung tablet, which includes a file upload field. Occasionally, when we try to upload photos, the process works as expected. However, at other times, after selecting the photos and tapping ‘Add’, the images do not appear in the upload field and it is still blank as it was before. I have a video of what I mean but I don’t think I can attach videos here. Please could you advise on what might be causing this issue?
