Importing Fillable PDF to Document returns "undefined" error

I have a fillable form that I tidied up to correct some duplicate field names, explicitly naming every field.

Using the Migration tool I was able to import it as a Form.

However, trying to import it as a Document fails with the error: “PDF did not validate - Error: Expected instance of t, but got instance of undefined”

I searched around, but did not find any example of such an error.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

Can I ask what do you mean by you importing the document?

Sorry, wrong term. “Create Document” based on a PDF.

Can you try to do this again but with your console open? Just to see more details if an error occurs.

Yes, the Console threw a few errors:

The text of the errors is fairly long. Is it acceptable to save them as LOG files and post them here?
