Unable to Update Slack Integration with Custom Logic

Hi there.

Having an issue with updating the Slack integration details on Form '{Company Name} - Contact Us). I have two different integrations performing very similar functions, based on a boolean response in the form (type1).

I want one or the other to run when a certain field has been selected and the form has been completed. But the trigger has to be from the custom logic I have set up, currently, it is on ‘Form Completion’ which means they are both running each time, as opposed to only the one matching the ‘type1’ response.

Once I have put in all the info and changed to ‘Custom Logic’ for trigger, I can’t update. The button is there, but when I click it it isn’t registered. I have tried refreshing and coming in and out.

Let me know what can be done.

Hi Joe,

I’ve successfully updated your Slack integration. I created duplicate Slack actions with the Custom Logic trigger and assigned them in the advanced logic you already had in place.

Once you’ve confirmed that the actions with the Custom Logic trigger are working properly, feel free to delete the ones using the Form Completed trigger.

I’ve also sent you an email in case further investigation is needed.
