Hello, need some help with our Zoho Integration on our form. Sometimes the information goes to Zoho and sometimes it doesn’t, but we’re not sure why. On the integration screen, it shows us this:

Could you guys take a look and see what’s going on?

Edit: After some testing and with live forms from clients and us just testing the form, it seems only the forms that follow the “Start-Up” path are not being converted successfully.

Yes, both forms. They’re the same form, just one is a copy of the other.

Hello, you can disregard. We fixed it by getting rid of the integration altogether and started to run it via Zapier instead. Thanks anyways.
